so, I finally finished a long way down! I thought i'd finish it quickly, there aren't that many pages.. but then I got too bussy and I didn't have the time to read But I finished it! And I really liked it I sometimes even laughed out loud "It's not me, it's you!"

Haha. I think I laughed out loud at least once every few pages. Mostly during the Martin/Jess conversations.

Oh, and I've decided that audio books count as long as I listen to the whole thing and pay attention well. But on my official list it gets an "(audio book)" next to it.

Never Let Me Go by Kazuro Ishiguro. It was a great book, really sad and thought provoking, but a bit different to what I expected.

Love in the Time of Cholera. FINALLY. It was pretty ridiculous how long it took me to read the last 100 pages. Stupid summer classes...

Never Let Me Go by Kazuro Ishiguro. It was a great book, really sad and thought provoking, but a bit different to what I expected. How so? Glad you liked it I'm not sure actually! I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Maybe I expected something different to happen towards the second half? I'm not sure, that sounds funny doesn't it not even knowing why it wasn't quite what I expected. But that aside I really enjoyed it. My grandma came over this morning and I lent it to her so I hope she likes it too I really like dystopic fiction and I thought it was a great concept, some of the imagery from scenes in the book were really powerful.

The Mysterious Flame of Queen Loana by Umberto Eco. I really disliked it. Very wordy and the ending didn't leave much of an impression on me. It was recommended by a friend so I read the whole thing even though I didn't like it.

I'm not sure if I enjoyed it as much as other people have, but I still thought it was really good. I think if I would have been able to read it in a shorter amount of time it would have had a better effect but yea. I'd definitely recommend it to others! I just finished New Moon today. I didn't like it as much as Twilight, but I was still enthralled with it!
