1984 - I didn't like it as much as I thought I would, but it's probably the kind of book everyone should try to read at least once.

I recently finished reading The Interpreter of Maladies; in my opinion, it is quite a beautiful collection of short stories. I found that I could relate on a personal and emotional level to many of the characters whom she - as in the author, Jhumpa Lahiri - writes about. The best way that I can characterize her style of writing is to say that she writes very humanely. As a result, I was very moved.

The Other Boleyn Girl. I was absolutely mesmerized, I haven't read such a good book in a long time!

I finished "El Caballero de la Armadura Oxidada", by Robert Fisher. I thought it was pretty good - I was afraid it was going to be a Jonathan Livingston Seagull-type of novel but it was actually much better, and much more fun to read!

I finished Murder at the Vicarage by Agatha Christie. I never know who did it till she writes it! I liked it better than the last Christie novel I read.

I finished When You Are Engulfed in Flames by David Sedaris. I really enjoyed it, it was very nice to read more Sedaris. Any David Sedaris fans will probably be well satisfied by it too.

She's one of my favorites. My all time favorite of hers is The Mousetrap. I am a little partial to that one though because I did that play and was Miss Casewell.

I read Murder at the Vicarage a couple of months ago and I really liked it. I never know who did it till the end either. And I really want to read Mousetrap, I saw the local library has it.

Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett. It was a bit confusing, at first I didn't knew if Estragon was a man or a woman. He and Vladimir had this quite weird relationship. But I still think that it's a good book.
