Apparently, amazon.co.uk bought one of the 7 copies of The tales of Beedle the Bard at an auction. Go here: www.amazon.co.uk/beedlebard for a review of all the tales!

I'm so jealous of those few who have this rare treasure - the lucky bastards! *pardon me* And whilst this has nothing to do with the quality of the writing within, i always love Jo's use of alliteration.. "Fountain of Fair Fortune" just sounds so purtee!

Thanks, jobean!
It brings a question to mind: If JK were to write another wizard book but with a different main character, who would you like it to be?

I honestly wouldn't mind which character it would be - anything by JK to me would be perfect! I'd probably like to read more about Hogwarts rather than the older characters and their life as aurors/ teachers etc., so maybe a younger character like one of Harry's, Ron's or Lupin's kids?

I agree, I'd love to read more about Hogwarts and how it may have changed after the events that took place there in HP7. I think it would be interesting to read about Lupin's kid - he'll have to grow up being the godson of the famous Harry Potter, and I'm sure there will be a little Malfoy out there to give him a hard time about it.

You guys might want to discuss this on the HP7 thread since there are still a few people who don't know what happens yet...
