I'm still reading The Portrait of a Lady. I've totally lost my reading mojo for the past week or so though so I've made barely any progress with it.

I like I am Charlotte Simmons a bit too much, the past few days I have had to force myself to do stuff besides reading. It's really good, and annoying, and I think, at least some of the time: spot on.

I'm reading Lady Susan, the Watsons and Sanditon by Jane Austen. Lady Susan was ok, I'm not a fan of novels in letter form. I'm enjoying The Watsons so far and it's sad to know that I'll never read the end of the story I wish Jane Austen had finished it (and written another 6 novels ).

At the moment I read Wuthering heights parallel to Anna karenina. And I have to say that Wuthering Heights is very simple to read compared to Tolstoi. Last Week I read Anna Karenina to my boyfriend and he didn't enjoy it. He said it is very exhausting. But my opinion isn't the same. I think Anna Karenina is a wonderful book.

After more than a month I am still busy with Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden. I love the imagery and the descriptions, and the story's interesting too but I just can't seem to finish this book! I've finished almost 3 other books while still reading Memoirs of a Geisha. I hate it when this happens - I'm stuck!

We had the most boring obligatory lecture today, so I read about 60 pages into The Lost Honor of Katharina Blum and I am totally into it.

I finished chapter 7 of We Have Always Lived in the Castle on Saturday, I'm really enjoying this book and I can't wait to start chapter 8.

I started Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estés last week, it's interesting but I'm not really in the mood to read non fiction right now so I'll return it to the library and check it out again in a better moment. I feel like reading Agatha Christie now.

I can't remember which of JA's stories it was that I wish she had finished. There were two other collections I found that contain her "juvenilia" callled Lesley Castle and Love & Friendship--the particular story I remember as really wanting her to finish might have been from one of these. All my Austen-extras like this are running together!

I'm loving The Knife of Never Let Me Go by Patrick Ness so far. It's a great dystopia YA thriller, though it reads more like adult fiction to me. I'd recommend it to anyone who liked The Hunger Games, it's the same sort of can't put it down dystopia book, though with a totally different plot. I'm enjoying it so much that I bought the next in the series The Ask and the Answer today so I can move straight onto it after finishing this one if I feel like it.

I'm a little past halfway in Life of Pi by Yann Martel. I can't put this book down, but I keep on thinking to myself over and over: "What an incredibly weird story!" This book has been on my TBR pile for ages, and I hope that when I'm done I won't be disappointed.

I don't think you'll be disappointed, if you're like me you'll probably want to read it again... you'll see why!
