I have about 100 pages left of Tintentod ( Inkdeath) by Cornelia Funke and I'm enjoying it. I have to admit it: I'm in love with the Black Prince. ;D Good choice! Is it better than the second book?

Yes, I think it's better than the second book, and as enthralling as the first one. 40 pages left and I can't wait to read what's going to happen.

I'm having a hard time with Faust . Maybe it's because I'm reading it for school.. :\ It's just, I've always enjoyed reading this kind of books, but now I'm finding it really hard to concentrate on this .

I've got about 100 pages left of The Duchess by Amanda Foreman, the biography that the movie The Duchess starring Keira Knightly was based on. The stuff about Georgiana's personal life is very interesting, but there's so much about politics in it. Some of it is interesting, like the status of women in politics and the French revolution, but a lot of it is about the Whigs political party and I just don't understand those bits very well. I suppose the biographer can't help that her subject had an interesting personal life and dabbled in politics though.

But it has the same author. I'm not as far as you but it's interesting so far. Then again, I like politics in general.

I'm gonna have to take a break from reading "Wicked" so I can get started on "Bel Canto". I've been stuck on "Wicked" for about a month now, I'm really enjoying some parts of the story but sometimes I feel like the plot gets lost in all the details and the story is moving very slowly...

I've been reading The Sweet Far Thing for almost a month now. I keep hoping it gets better like the other two books did but instead I'm just annoyed at Gemma and every other character in the book. I have about 200 pages left and I'm just going to have to trudge through.

I found the politics interesting at first and found the more general info interesting later but it gets really indepth about the political parties.

I couldn't even finish it. Which sucks because it was the last book in a series I really l liked at first.

I'm sorry to hear that I've recently bought The Sweet Far Thing. I really enjoyed the first two books too.

I'm loving Bel Canto so far, and might have a little problem withholding myself from finishing it too soon

I'm about 10 Chapters into Pride and Prejudice and the Zombies. It's fun to read, mostly because it's so similar to the original story - they've just thrown in a few zombies here and there. But I don't think I'd be tempted to read the other books (I've heard about Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters), it's not THAT good...
