I didn't think Lizzie was influenced by Darcy's money and prestige! She saw his good taste and heard the good things the servants had to say about him and that's what made her realise she loved him... Or at least that's how I interpreted it!

I like how even Lizzie pokes fun at herself and tells Jane that she first fell in love with Darcy upon seeing his beautiful grounds at Pemberley ;D But I agree with you guys, that it had nothing to do with Darcy's money. One thing I find interesting is when you think about the fact that Lizzie hadn't been too impressed with Rosings Park (Lady Catherine's house). I've got a feeling that Rosings and its gardens were rather too immaculate and artificial for her tastes. When she saw the natural beauty that surrounded Pemberley, it obviously gave her some insights as to the owner's tastes and mindset.

I don't think Lizzie is that person who would be able to "fall in love" only because of money or prestige.
