I just have an interim tree. It's a ceramic one that my mom let me borrow until I put up my real (but fake) tree when Ben gets home.

Gatsby gets toys. Actually, he gets the same pack of toys that has his favorite kinds of ball in it every year. He doesn't use any of the other 5 toys in the pack, just the one ball but I haven't found them separately yet. But he broke my favorite bowl today, so he might get coal this year. hahahahaha! ;D our tree isn't up yet.. I'll probably get it up this weekend.. so I'll post a picture then

I'm gonna buy christmas decorations tomorrow! And Carma: tomorrow night there's an extra sale night at V&D from 5 till 9 'o clock, you get 20% off at almost everything! Maybe a good idea for christmas-decoration? I think that the sale is only in the Dutch V&D's...

memccart, I like your little tree. We used to have one like that (not in place of our big tree) that was in our kitchen Yeah, it normally goes in my parents' foyer.

(and at the V&D) I'll tell my mum.. but the V&D is in another city.. and it's usually very crowded.. anyway, Kristie: that looks really nice and neat, when I make something myself i always have troubles getting it nice and neat..

haha yes, V&D is a department store.. Vroom & Dreesman, the two names of the family's that started it. I'm pretty sure we only have it in Holland. Maybe Belgium... It's not my favorite actually.. I never buy clothes there, only things like gifts.. haha, cd's books, that sort of things.. just no clothes and shoes.. I prefer Bijenkorf, but it's mostly too expensive..
