Macaulay Culkin was really cute when he was little. Then he grew up... I loved him in Saved.

OK I cry in a lot of movies. And I get so wrapped up in the movie I usually can't remember if I cried or not afterwards. Ha, but on Fri night I was watching Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and I actually cried when Cedric died! Oh Cedric...

Sometimes when I'm just sad and depressed I like to watch sad movies because it helps me cry. Does anyone else do that or am I just weird?

I hated October Sky. I loved the book (Rocket Boys) so much which is odd because I read it for school, but I hated how they changed simple stuff in the movie. It was one of those movies that let me down because I loved the book, hence why I don't do that anymore (read first, watch second). But I did cry in the book...

i read rocket boys after the movie. But i will say that they made homer look like he was really innocent and a good boy even though didn't he sleep with one of the girls or something??

Sometimes when I'm just sad and depressed I like to watch sad movies because it helps me cry. Does anyone else do that or am I just weird? My best friend does that, she's a big believer in it. I will tend to do that if the reason I'm sad isn't that serious - just general blah where it would feel good to watch something serious and have a good cry. But if I'm upset about anything serious, and/or big, I'll watch something lighter. Usually my favorite romantic comedies.

you know what's weird. i have a hard time finishing the endings of movies. a lot of times i have to physically restrain myself from getting up. I don't know if its the movie, or if i just don't want it to end or i don't know but a lot of movies i've brought home to watch and have never seen the last couple of scenes. I did that with HP4, The Illusionist, and a couple of other ones i can't remember right now

I cried when I watched The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, when Bailey died and when Bridget and Carmen were sad or angry. The other movie's I can't remember... I didn't cry watching that movie - but I cried A LOT when I listened to the audiobook. It was in french on 4 or 5 cds, I got it from my dad. Man, that made me so emotional. Audiobooks have that effect on me sometimes...everything seems so real. I cried over the notebook the first time I saw it. I saw it again recently and didn't like the movie anymore. odd.

Haha, the poem scene. I might've cried the first time I saw it, but I've watched it so many times I think I might just laugh at the way she looks when crying (sorry, that sounds mean, but it's probably true)
