after a book hiatus, I'm back I'm reading The Collected Poems of Emily Dickinson and Under the Overpass. I'm so excited that I found poetry I actually like! Her poetry is so fun and thought provoking for me.

I think I'm going to re-read some more Tom Robbins (that'll be my 4th Tom Robbins re-read this year..)
At the moment I'm staring at 'Another Roadside Attraction' and 'Even Cowgirls Get The Blues' and waiting for inspiration to strike.
In the mean time (decisions, decisions..) I'm reading a book called 'The 100 Most Influential Women' by Deborah G. Felder. It's pretty much just a glorified "best of" list, short chapters (seriously short.. like two pages) detailing the chosen womens lives and achievements. Pretty basic: picture/DOB-DOD/quote/overview structure. It's an easy read, mildly inspirational, rather contentious (as any such list would be). Eleanor Roosevelt is the books No.1 choice, by the way.

I started Atonement. It's not quite a page turner, but I find myslef kind of fascinated with it. I'm not sure if I'll stick with it. I have tond of other books I just got from the library that I'm anxious to read!
