I was nervous at first, but it gets easier. Practice makes perfect as they say!

In class this week, a guy in my seminar group was surprised to know that there were free study guides on the internet. He's in University and never heard of sparknotes...let's just say he was happy to find out about them. LOL

I didn't find out about sparknotes until my last year at university.

Yeah I too had to suffer through Great Expectations this year for English. I borrowed all the study guides I could, studied everything relating to the outsider, and the teacher never knew! He gave me full marks!
I understand concepts relating to some literature, but I find it hard to put pen to paper in discussing it so it's convenient to look into study guides.

Whatever happened to good old Cliff's Notes? That's how I survived high school.

I used sparknotes last year, when my teacher gave me this HUGE work about To Kill a Mockingbird, and it was a great help here and there, although I didn't completely rely on it, it just helped me analyze the book better.

Sometimes it's nice to have sparknotes and/or cliffnotes just to refresh your memory a little bit!

Haha I'm not gonna lie, when I started reading Mrs. Dalloway for the bookclub, the stream of consciousness really messed me up, so I looked at the stuff on Sparknotes to clarify what was happening and then reread the first 10 pages and it made so much more sense! I am partial to PinkMonkey.com, but Sparknotes is great too
