I will admit that Pinkmonkey doesn't have as large a selection as Sparknotes, but usually it has the typical books you read in school (at least in the US) and the classics.

When I'm reading something difficult and I'm getting the feeling I'm missing something I use Spark Notes. With "As I Lay Dying" sometimes I would read the chapter, and then go look on Sparknotes to see what I'd missed.

I won't have time to finish "Invisible man" i'm half way through so i'll finish with sparknotes. I don't have to write an essay on it....so that saved me. I wish I had more time, I would finish it.

see, i don't have to take any english classes that involve reading. basically i just have to take english classes to write papers. but i do have to read some nonfiction works and stuff for other classes.

Yeah, I think most classes have that. One of my friend's took a math class, that still required a research paper.

That sounds about right. All my history classes needed papers and reading. I even had to give a presentation for a couple.

Well, there are some classes and programs that don't have exams, and some that do. No exams at all sounds a little weird.

we had 2 students that came from France I think, and because their schools had no exams they didn't need to do the exam. Strange...

Very strange. I wouldn't mind though. I'm not very good with exams.

At the master's level we didn't have to write exams, it was just essays and oral presentations. That was really sweet!
