Oh wow, I want The Masterpieces of Shirley Jackson! I got Nick Hornby´s Housekeeping vs The Dirt. It´s the German edition but it was very cheap.

I went to a big booksale yesterday and I bought The Age of Innocence by Edith Warton (Dutch version, but it was cheap) and Dandelion Wine by Ray Radbury. Together they were 8 euro's. So even though I have no idea if I'd like them, it really wasn't a lot of money!

I've never read any of her stuff before but someone on my blogroll recommended We Have Always Lived in the Castle, so I'm looking forward to reading it. Have you read her before?

I loved We Have Always Lived In The Castle, it´s slow and atmospheric and creepy I´ve been wanting to read The Lottery ever since @carmen: That´s a great deal. I can´t imagine a Bradbury book that´s not great, and I really enjoyed The Age of Innocence.

This week I bought a copy of Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carrol. It's a Vintage Classic edition - I just love the cover it's of a girl's legs clad with striped stockings. Also an omnibus of the first two books in The Vampire Diaries series, my curiousity has finally gotten to me.
