It's been quite a few years since I've read "The Stepford Wives" but your post put me in the mood to read it again, I might pick it up when I get back home! Have you read "Rosemary's Baby" by Ira Levin? It's one of the scariest books I've ever read!

I'm reading Cold Comfort Farm right now. It's not what I expected. Quite funny.

Have you read "Rosemary's Baby" by Ira Levin? It's one of the scariest books I've ever read! I sure haven't but I probably will at some point, I like horror books a lot, or just scary and disturbing. Currently, I'm reading H.G. Wells "The Time Machine/The War of the Worlds". Second in a series of classic old science fiction books I've been reading. Before that I read "The Martian Chronicles," by Ray Bradbury whose book "Something Wicked This Way Comes," I really loved.

So like I said before I've started on part two of a two book collection of H.G. Wells, namely "War of the Worlds". This one shouldn't take me too long to burn through and then I'll have to start looking for something new.

I will be starting Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden after I read for school. I've had this book for 4 years and haven't opened it yet! But I loved the movie, so I think I'll enjoy this book

I'm starting "Late Nights on the Air" by Elizabeth Hay. Not really sure what it's about yet, it's a book one of my colleagues recommended to me.
And I also started reading "Pygmalion" last night.

I'm reading Midnight's Children, my first Rushdie and I'm really enjoying it so far. I'm also reading Oryx and Crake. I find it very interesting and adore Atwood's writing, but somehow I always get side-tracked by other books.
