Her atopsy results are in today, and they have ruled it an accidental overdose. I find it very very sad. Her little girl has no mother, no brother, and her father is questionable. I also don't understand how it could be accidental overdose when her son just died from the same thing 6 months prior. The whole story has me saddened, because it will always be questioned.

I feel bad for her but then i also saw it coming. I think as a woman she screwed herself up. As American Women we always like to say that we should not feel oppressed by anything. That we have a right to act like "men". Here is a case in which a woman set up no boundries for herself or her children. Her job was to put her dignity on the line every single day of her life and it ruined not only her but her family as well. I just think about that poor little girl. She has men all over the country claiming to be her father. That in itself is humiliating. I'm Asian. As a culture thing we tend to oppress flaunting ourselves. There is no cleavage, no cracks or crevices to be seen. Most people probably look at me as this oppressed little girl but i think it saves us from this kind of humiliation. Even though the media played a large part of egging her on. Of making her overtly sexual and basically a long-running joke it's interesting to see that the punches keep coming. All the news channels and tabloids made it this really sad thing (which it is) and for once took her seriously but all of a sudden u get O.J Simpson, Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband, Howard K. Stern, and Larry Birkhead in the picture and makes it that much more absurd.

I was only really saddened by how much the media made of this story. I mean, former President Gerald Ford died early in January and I think Anna Nicole Smith's death got about 3 times as much coverage as his and he was actually important. Anna Nicole Smith made a fool of herself throughout her life. That's not why I'm untouched by her death. I just don't see the point in so much coverage of her death when many other famous people, and ones more important than her, don't even get that much recognition.

I agree, I feel really bad for her daughter. She's going to grow up and have so many bad stories about her mom through the media.

I agree it is really sad, and like someone else said so sad her daughter will grow up knowing her mum mainly through the negative discussion about her in the media. Like I know right after her death photos and videos of Anna Nicole on drugs while pregnant and that kind of thing surfaced, that's not really a good last image to have of someone who's just died leaving a baby daughter behind. I think it was very irresponsible of the media outlets who picked it up to publish those images. edit: I just found the following article: www.smh.com.au/news/books/anna-nicoles-diaries-sell-for-us500000/2007/03/26/1174761347883.htmlAbout how her diaries have sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars on ebay to a man who plans to use them for the basis of a book. Honestly, people are such vultures.

The media is such a circus! I´m not really sure who she is but people just seem to love when celebrities are in a bad phase.

Yeah, celebrities seem to get more attention for being normal humans than for their careers. Like the tabloids always having pictures of celebs dressed in sweats or something and that's bad. Normal people wear that, so what's wrong? Just because you're famous you can't be normal? Duh...

I feel sorry for Britney Spears, it's pretty hard for the media not to make a big thing out of her range of recent strange behaviour, but she's probably suffering from post natal depression and it's sad she has to go through that in such a public way.
