France, but I don't know exactly where ;D I think Combray is a name given by Proust for a real village. It's the village where the first chapter of Swann's Way is set. I'm in San Francisco with The Joy Luck Club, I also went to China for four brief visits.

I am in the U.S. after there has been a huge catastrophe and could possibly be one of the last people on earth. I'm in the book The Road by Cormac McCarthy.

Oooh - be careful lu!! You're not Muggleborn are you? hehe
Currently, i'm in Forkes, Washington and it's raining as always - which should be the least of my concerns considering i am surrounded by vampires on one side and werewolfs on the other. Every now and then i also find myself in Yorkshire, England, with Lyndal Gordon investigating Charlotte Bronte's life.

I was in Iran for a very little while, now I'm in Cuba. Since I didn't go through with the first book I had set in Cuba, this is my first trip there! And it's during the 1970s.
