I finished A Girl Made of Dust by Nathalie Abi-Ezzi while sitting at the hairdresser today. It's about a little girl and her family who live near Beirut during the Lebanese Civil War.

I finished Neuromancer, a very good, very strange cyberpunk novel. Basically it's THE cyberpunk novel that started the genre I should say.

I finished Mystère rue des Saints-Pères (Murder on the Eiffel Tower) by Claude Izner and I enjoyed it, I think I'll read the other books of the "series".

I finished Ars Poetica by Horace earlier this week and re-read Iphigenia in Tauris by Goethe for a university course. I liked both of them.

I finished Mrs Dalloway's Party yesterday, it's a collection of short stories by Virginia Woolf centered around the party Mrs Dalloway prepares in the novel Mrs Dalloway. I liked the novel and the short stories are written in the same style.

I finished The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis. I really enjoyed it. I only wish I'd read these books when I was younger because I would have loved the magic world of Narnia even more.

I finished Dead in the Family by Charlaine Harris last night, and am totally desperate now, because I have to wait until the new Sookie Stackhouse novel comes out as paperback
