I've just started Soulles by Gail Carriger--pretty nice so far! Lots of interesting thoughts/fantasy Glad to hear you're enjoying it so far! I'm starting the next installment in that series soon. I'm reading The Blue Castle by L.M Montgomery. It's so delightful. I really should have started with the Anne of Green Gables books I suppose, but I loved the tele movie adaptation of it so much and have watched it so many times that I feel as if I've read them already. Anyway in The Blue Castle 29-year-old Valancy is a spinster who is constantly dominated by her irritating family. Her only escape is the Blue Castle she retreats to in her imagination. One day a letter arrives that changes her life and she stops living for others and starts living for herself, much to the shock of her family.

I'm in the middle of a few books at the moment: This is your brain on music by Daniel Levitin, A Life Like Other People's by Alan Bennett, Generation X by Coupland and Mao II by DeLillo. Need to decide on one and stick with it though

Randomgirl: That's one of my favorite series-es Glad you're enjoying it. The next installment comes out in only a few days! I'm excited for it Kristie, I loved it! I want to read the other books in the series now! I just started reading Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. I wanted to read it before the movie comes out in South Africa. I must admit that the part about Italy makes me so hungry when I read! ;D

It's her second book about her adventures in Japan, really funny so far!

"Frozen in Time" by Theodore J. Cohen. The author sent me a free copy of his book because I gave him permission to use one of my pics for the cover of his upcoming novel "Frozen in Time" is a historical fiction book about an expedition to Antartica in the 1960s, it's pretty interesting so far!
