Erm, ya, a lot of the same books as you guys. Roald Dahl (however you spell it) : James and the giant peach, charlie and the chocolate factory. Clifford the big red dog, Peter Rabbit, anything by robert munch, winnie the pooh, the wishbone books! (lol!) the blob (scary as %#$) and a bunch of others...

Uuh! Charlie and the chocolate factory is my favourite Dahl. But Matilda is great, too.

I used to watch the TV show with my big sis but I've never read the books... It'd be nice to read one, I think I'll check with my library to see if they've got them. Do you know who wrote them?

I never used to watch the show. I loved the books though. I tried to get them all, but I lost interest before that happened. They were written by Laura Inglas Wilder. I'm not sure about the spelling of Inglas.

I love Little House! I read some of the books too. I remeber watching a movie about Laura Ingalls, it talked about her real life. Mary never actually married in real life.

well that's strange about that you say that Laura Ingalls Wilder wrote this books, because when I googled the books, they said that is was written by Roger Lea MacBride! I don't know wich one is the real writer now. Is it possible that Roger Lea MacBride wrote books that looked a lot like the little house on the prairie?

I checked my copies and they were written by Laura Ingalls Wilder, but it was renewed by Roger Lea McBride in 1963.

Some years ago I bought "Little Wolf's Book of Badness (Little Wolf)" by Ian Whybrow for one of my cousins, he loved it and then he became an insatiable reader! I..know...that's..my "fault"! But my father helped me to find that book!
