Yeah I definately want to see rural and urban Japan. My Uncle, Aunt and two cousins just moved there so I will have free accomodation while I'm in Tokyo which will be awesome! I'd really like to go to Europe in the future too

This year the theme of my vacation will be "Cheap" since I'm still recovering financially from my move to NYC. So Ryan and I will head out west were we can stay with friends. We'll go to LA, where my good friend just moved. We'll go to Los Alamos, New Mexico where my friend Josh moved. We'll also go to San Francisco where my friend Derek lives.
I LOVE being able to travel to cities and stay with friends. Not only is it cheap, but it's also a ton of fun to see them, and they can show you all the best things. I've never been to LA or Los Alamos, so that will be very exciting. I went to visit my friend Derek in San Fran a little over a year ago, and it was incredible, I'm excited to go back and see more things there.
If we have extra time/money, I'd also like to go back to Seattle.
In 2008 I want to go back to Europe and see more cities and countries. I'd like to end the trip in Roma, I fell in love with it during my study abroad and I want to go back as much as possible.

So cool that you're going to Japan, Dom!
I've got plenty of projects for 2007, as always, so will see which ones come true. First up is Ireland, then Vancouver and Maine. I'd like to throw NYC in there too!

Kristie mentioned DC and reminded me about all the east coast places I want to go to also! I would love to go to DC, I'm a history nerd and love vacations where I can see a lot of awesome and significant historical things.
This year I want to take a lot of weekend trips on the train to east coast cities. It's so cheap to take the train, and I want to take advantage of that while I'm living on the east coast. I want to go to Philly, Boston, and DC, and many other smaller cities too. There are really cool hiking and camping trips to go on around here too, which I'd love to do.
and Jefie (or anyone) if you make plans for NYC let me know and I'll be excited to send over lots of tips and info, especially about the best book stores! (You cannot miss Strand!!)

I think I'd like to go to the Czech Republic or Italy. But I have no idea when I'll ever get to go.

Yeah it´s tough especially with paying rent and the fees. Luckily my parents want to pay for my ext semester or I´d have nothing to eat

It's a good thing I live at home. I don't have the money to pay for school and other stuff with my job, and I wouldn't use loans at all.
