I hate that I just had to pay for the dentist appointment myself.. I also hate that my dentist told me my wisdom tooth might cause some trouble later on, cos it might be growing to the side, instead of up...

I generally hate dentist visits at all. I know they're necessary, so I will probably always go. My wisdom teeth haven't really come in yet, so I'm not 100% sure if they'll have to come out or not. O well...

I know what you mean, carma. I have to pay for dentist (actually orthodontist) myself as well. I have 2 wisdom teeth now, I had one cut out a couple of years ago (it couldn't grown because of the near tooth) and the fourth is missing. Hope yours will be ok, Kristie!

When you get a line of sunburn on your lower back because your shirt doesn't always meet your pants and you don't think to put sunscreen there.

I'm not sure it's the correct thread.. I don't like when people treat me like a strange kind of genius, or as a great brain (who I am NOT, by the way)...I know it's weird...at first I'm very pleased of their unexplainable consideration of me but then I always start to think that maybe I'm not doing my best in studying, that I haven't finished uni in time (although no one accept when I say it, regarding that I had problem of health...I think it isn't a reason good enough..but I know it's a way to encourage me and I'm grateful to them), that I have to do more and do better...I start to think/feel people expect something very good from me and maybe something which I'm not able to achieve. That probably doesn't make any sense...I just..sorry for the senseless post!

That same thing happens to me! I get very frustrated when someone complements me for my intelligence, because it sort of compels me to do my best in everything, which is a bit tiring... The other day I helped a classmate to finish a paper for Philosophy and she couldn't stop complementing me. It was really flattering, and I'm extremely grateful, but it makes me think I just can't afford to have a bad day or just be silly or stupid for a day.... I always have to be on my toes. On another note, I hate having more than one important test per week because that deprives me of a lot of sleep time... for example, right know I'm exhausted and about to fall from my seat......

I'm glad I'm not alone Because people don't think at all, Jefie. It's exactly the opposite for me, when you say you study engineering they start think you're surely smart...Don't they know how many stupid and boring people I met at uni?? Not all, of course, but many.. (I hope no one of them will eve read this.. eheh ) ;D
