I don't like season 4, I think it's the baddest season. My favorite seasons are 3 and 5.

Rory starting Yale and especially Luke&Lorelai starting their relationship!! But seasons 3 and 5 (except the start and end) are good too! I think the baddest season was 7, not the entire season, but at least the first 10 episodes were quite bad!

I have to say that the most annoying thing in season 4 was Jason. I hated this guy and I was happy when his and Lorelai's relationship ended. I think it wasn't worst, seven was the worst.

Season 4 definitely annoyed me. I didn't like Jason at all, and I didn't like "Rory and Dean- The Sequel".

I hated Jason too and I never liked Dean, but I really liked the whole Rory going away from Lorelai for the first time situation...

Yeah, me too, that was interesting. I think that's why I thought the whole rift between them during season 5/6 was interesting too, since they were always attached at the hip up until then.

The 4th season was cool because she was really new and into college, so it was just something fresh, also after her being always with Dean/Jess, I just felt she was more "independent".

I liked the lighting from the 4th season onwards. I know it sounds stupid, but it looked a lot nicer in comparison to the first 2 seasons.

Actually, I noticed the lighting too. The show definitely looked different- I liked it.

I have all the seasons on Dvd. I love them all. I didn't like it when Lorelia and Rory were apart for that long period of time because Rory was living with her grandparents. I kept on saying come on Lorelai and Rory make up. I did get happy when they reconciled. My mom and I use to watch the show together. I cried when I watch season 7 finale. It was sad. It was a good ending. Now the only thing we can do is use our imagination to figure out what happens next.

I'm making Ben watch the entire series with me. It's fun watching him watch most of them for the first time.
I thought we had a random GG question thread, but I couldn't find it so I'm going to post this here even though it doesn't quite fit.
You know how in the 5th (?) season, Logan's parents tell Rory that she basically isn't good enough for their family. And Richard and Emily get very upset when they find out. But in the second season, Richard makes a very similar speech to Dean - about how he isn't good enough for Rory and that Rory has a duty to her family. I never noticed it before, but they are basically the same. Any thoughts?

I think that it wasn't same to Richard and Emily because Dean wasn't from a wealthy family, but the Hutzbergers were a really important family and by saying that Rory wasn't good enough they also said that the Gilmore's are below them. Or something like that, hope you understood, my grammar is getting worse by the day
