"Hello, Sadness" by Françoise Sagan Lol, my English version of that book doesn't translate the title, It's just Bonjour, Tristesse. I don't speak French and I only grasped what tristesse was after I finished.

Yay, that´s one of my favorite Hornby books! I read a few pages and I like it so far. I read the "Thunder Road" chapter last night. (and it took me ages because I couldn't stop giggling ;D ) Oh yeah, I remember that one I really enjoyed that he gets riled up about hearing one´s favorite music in stores as well
