March 2007:
Where's Waldo? The Wonder Book by Martin Handford Paradise Fields by Katie Fforde The Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri You Don't Love Me Yet by Jonathan Lethem We Tell Ourselves Stories in Order to Live by Joan Didion The Second Tree from the Corner by E.B. White Essays of E.B. White by E.B. White Oh the Glory of it All by Sean Wilsey A Model World by Michael Chabon Esperanza Rising by Pam Munoz Ryan
Still a lot, but not as crazy as Jan or Feb, thank goodness! I'm trying to slow down my book buying, I have so much to read, and a finite amount of space.

I was a very good girl this month, I only bought one book. Actually technically I didn't buy any, my mum got it for me "Summer Crossing" by Truman Capote.

Oh dear. Well - I've had my eye on these for months. They are new paperback editions of The Wrinkle In Time quintet. They have beautiful new cover art and features. www.awrinkleintime.net/They arent supposed to be out until tomorrow, but I saw them at Barnes and Noble today, and couldn't resist getting them right then, knowing full well that they would have to go on April's already long list of books purchased rather than my clean May slate. Oh well, I'll try to keep May *really* short. My goal is only 4. We'll see how that goes. Anyway, amendments to my April List: A Wrinkle In Time A Wind in the Door A Swiftly Tilting Planet An Acceptable Time Many Waters all by Madeleine L'Engle

Well, it turns out the only books I bought in April were those I mentioned around Easter. Can't recall buying any others...
