We finished the last book discussion a couple weeks ago, so I figured it was about time to start picking out the next book to discuss.
This time, it's a classic we need to decide on.
A few books from my own TBR pile I would like to discuss: -Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte -The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte -Castle Rackrent by Maria Edgeworth -Around the World in Eighty Days by Jules Verne -The Invisible Man by HG Wells

Oh I really want to read some classics, maybe a discussion on here will get me motivated. I´d second The Invisible Man. Or how about Wilkie´s The Moonstone?

I'd be interested in -Castle Rackrent by Maria Edgeworth -Wilkie´s The Moonstone
Also, just from my tbr list, We Have Always Lived in the Castle by Shirley Jackson looks good. I've heard it's creepy.
How many people think they can participate in what we choose?

I will MAKE myself participate. And I will try to do much better this time (none of that 1-week late stuff again)

Haha don't worry I haven't participated properly in one for awhile either, I just thought it would be good to gauge the response and people's availabilities

I second "We have always lived in the castle", been sitting on my TBR pile long enough! I've already read "Castle Rackrent" and thought it was pretty bad, so I'm not interested in reading that one. "Winesburg, Ohio" by Sherwood Anderson is another book sitting on my TBR pile.

I think I can participate this time. I'd like to read Wuthering Heights, We have always lived in the castle, The Moonstone and The Tenant of Wildfell Hall. I have a few classics sitting on my tbr pile but they've not been there long, so they can wait.

I'd like to read The Tenant of Wildfell Hall. Anne Bronte is the one Bronte sister I haven't read yet, and I feel kind of bad for her

Should we start a poll for this?
