I love this trilogy! They read really fast. I think I got through both of them in a day or two.

Good for you!! I am so psyched about this book. This book should definately be read in our book discussion, hopefully after the two that have been selected already

I started reading the book. I downloaded it to my palm pilot for 3 99, and now I can read when things get boring in class. So far I really like it. I have the book in trade paperback as well.

I googled Libba Bray and came across her Livejournal. So I looked through her blogs, and they are really funny. She's currently writing another novel, and trying to get it finished by her deadline. It's really funny, because she talks about procrastinating...and doing really random things. In November she came to Montreal, and I would have loved to go see her. Unfortunatly at that time I did not know about her or her great novel.

Yep! I read them all the time. But she only posts about once a month. Especially when she started to write her book. I hope she's almost done because on Amazon its scheduled to come out on Sept. 25th

I think she's more or less done writing that one and the editors and tweaking things with her etc. I get the impression that she's working on a 4th book not in the trilogy.

Interesting I wonder why type of novel it will be. I really am enjoying A Great and Terrible beauty, in a way I don't want to finish it. I feel invested in the book.

I finished it today, and it was great! I'm a little sad over one character. Very well written.

Which character were you sad over? I don't remember lots about the books but I remember the gist. If you named the character, I'm sure I could remember what happened.
