I'm more than happy to get into fiery debates with people on book-film comparissons. For example, i LIKE the 99 Mansfield Park *gasp!* That would be a very interesting topic for discussion. Neh, I too like the 99 Mansfield Park!

When are we going to start this? Is it just when someone decides to sort of schedule and start discussion? Or will we start it after the 1984 bookclub read?

Dom and I have been very busy lately, and personally, with my trip to Madrid coming up, I don't think I'll have that much time to read. So how about one of you takes over for the JABC? Whoever is in charge of a novel could set up the schedule and lead the discussion. I think we had more or less agreed on doing S&S first, so Kristie, would you have time to get it going?

(sorry to interrupt the question ) I think I'm a bit behind, but I'd like to read Mansfield Park, it's been sitting on my shelves for ages . Is anybody else gonna read it? Maybe we could do Mansfield after SAS if everybody agrees? I think a few people have already started reading SAS for the next one?
