I recently watched Arthur and the Minimoys with my little cousin and Persepolis, which I really liked.

I saw the Sex and the City movie today. It was really good. Very fun to watch it again after 4 years. Now I just need them to make the rumored Gilmore Giirls and Buffy the Vampire Slayer movies and my life will be complete.

I saw Sex and the City today too. I loved it - so glad that it did not disappoint.
And ditto about the gilmore girls movie!

I'm seeing it on Saturday, I'm glad you guys liked it - I've been a bit concerned it that it might be a bit of a let down. I'm looking forward to seeing it though!

I saw Sex and the City last night. It was very good. Long, but I think it needed to be long to really tie up loose ends.

Yeah, it was long, but it didn't feel long to me. I never got bored or antsy. I think movies can take more of a liberty with length when they know their audience loves their characters and doesn't get sick of them. (Other examples are the Harry Potter movies and Lord of the Rings.)

I proudly own the original Buffy movie. And I agree about SATC being long, but I was glad for it. I kept thinking it would end and I'd be wanting more but I think it was perfect. Just like watching 5 episodes or so in a row - and who here hasn't done that.

I'd like to read the book now.

Just like watching 5 episodes or so in a row - and who here hasn't done that. Ha ha, so right! SATC marathons were a big part of my college years... Ah, those were the days! I'll watch the movie on Friday and I'm really glad everyone seems to like it!
