Yes, I have, I think Ian McEwan is an excellent writer, I love reading his novels - I've read four of his novels so far. I haven't explored any of his earlier work yet, which I've heard is very macabre, just his later work, such as Saturday, Amsterdam, On Chesil Beach and Atonement. Have you ever read De Niro's Game by Rawi Hage (it won the 2008, I believe, IMPAC Dublin Literary Award)?

Yes and i love it! It's my absolute favorite Austen, and I would choose Captain Wentworth over Mr. Darcy any day! How about... Finnegan's Wake by James Joyce?
