So what do you guys like to do to exercise? Run, yoga, dance dance revolution? lol
Personally I like to run and do pilates.

Ballet is my main form of exercise. I usually take class 3 times a week. I also like pilates. I will run, but I hate it. I lover rollerblading. Yoga is ok, but I think it's boring sometimes - I do however really like Bikram yoga (or hot yoga) - can't get bored there. It's just too expensive to keep up.

I don't really do a specific thing. I take a sculpting class (sculpt as in toning) once a week and I try to just go and work out on some equipment other days but lately I've been really busy and unmotivated to work out. I hate running, but I like Pilates

I don't go to the gym. But I run and I do a lot of gardening and just prefer to stay outdoors that helps keep my body toned (at least during the summers). In the winters, I try to run as much as I can or just take long walks!!

I run, bike, do yoga, pilates and strenght training. I just do whatever of these I want each day. But I could definitely do more, and stop eating so much junk food

My brother just bought a gym bench thingy so I'm gonna try and use it from now on. But I usually just go for up to an hour walk everyday.

My main form of exercise is running to catch the bus or train... I used to be sort of sporty (I've done a couple of sports) but the last 3 years I haven't done a thing..

i have the tredclimber boxflex I use that or a workout dvd. I want to start using some free weights too

I haven't been exercising for awhile, but when I do I use my eliptical trainer while watching tv or I do a weights or step class. A weights class a week gets you into shape so fast but it definately causes a lot of pain at first!

I row and do weighttraining three times a week, and I also like dancing and pilates. There's a lot of sports I can't do because of my damaged ancle, like running and stuff, but I do enjoy playing basketball, it's worth the pain;)

I've no self-discipline so I'm not really good at exercising. The only thing I really do is walk to work (about 40-45 min everyday) and take long walks on the weekend.

I'm a gym rat! Six days a week without fail (unless I'm sick). I run on the treadmill or do the elliptical if I'm feeling particularly lazy and I lift free weights as well. At home I do Carmen Alectra's aerobic striptease! It's alot more fun than a regular exercise dvd.
