I've been waken up by an howling wind early this morning, it's still windy now but more calm than hours ago.

It's usually long and COLD; autumn and spring are just a tad warmer than winter, so you could technically say our winter is perennial (but summer is suffocating, although it only lasts like 2 months...). A weather forecast I heard the other day said that the cold weather might continue till December (and our winter is supposed to end in September...). The other day it snowed in Buenos Aires, and some people thought it was going to happen here, but it never snowed . When it rains (now it's not raining that regularly) the water is freezing, it's awful. We have a pretty humid climate, so the winter shouldn't be this raw and cold, and there should be a lot of rain. But due to the climate changes, we're experimenting the worst winter in God knows how many decades...

We've had our coldest winter in years this year - it was weird because it was really warm in December and January, with practically no snow (all the ski resorts were pretty bummed about that) and then February came and temperatures dropped to -30°C and it lasted for weeks

There was snow.. for one day or so.. and there were some days with a lot of wind (and that weather got me stuck on a stupid train station for 6 hours!! in the end my parents had to come and pick me up.. it sucked.. ) I think it wasn't that cold.. it was a mild winter.. I think.. and a mild summer as well, we had great weather in.. march or so.. and I guess that was our 'summer'

We had a really mild winter and now a really intense summer! Heat waves of 110 degrees make it impossible to leave the house during the day... I don't remember it being so hot ever before!
