Are you sure they're only making 13 episodes? That means the one tonight is the last one, and their site doesn't say anything about it being the season finale. I think this may be the last one they had a script for and could make until the strike is settled though. So that would mean that it would be the end of the season if the strike doesn't get resolved in time. But I was pretty sure they were going to pick up again this season if possible. I don't want tonight's to be the end!

Yes, there are only 13 episodes yet because of the strike. And I agree with all of you: why is this taking so long? They should pay them more money, there is plenty of it anyway. I think the writers need more respect! And I saw on the news that the financial damage and claims because of the cancelling of the Golden Globes on such short notice cost them around 100 million dollars. I was like 'what?', use that money for the writers!
I hope that Gossip Girl doesn't end here.

Yeah me too! It's really disturbing that all of the series I watch have ended because of the strike...

For Australian Gossip Girl fans I've heard free to air is going to play the series mid 2008! Supposedly on channel 10 but not sure if it's true.

Yeah I've heard about that!! Channel 10 really shoulda picked it up in the beginning - it's their demographic and I'm guessing they would have had as many viewers as they did with the OC during the first season.

I'm so excited about that! I've also heard that the CW is considering running new episodes all summer! I hope that's true; I would love that! Summer TV is so dull.

I'm most excited for this show, The Office, and Grey's Anatomy! They left at a very crucial Alex/Izzie moment.

Did anyone read that the actress who played Dawn in Buffy is going to be in it? Apparently it's some mean girl from S's past. The part was offered to Mischa Barton but she turned it down. (Thank god!)

I dont really know how any of them could be gay, I mean most of them have female love interests so that would mean they were bisexual not gay right? The only one that isn't so much the case for is Eric, but it still doesn't really fit for me.
