I've now been working at Best Buy (electronics store for those who don't know) for TWO years now, as of yesterday. I never expected to be anywhere for that long, let alone at my first ever job. But that means I get a raise, so yay, haha. My husband works at best buy. Haha, you guys should read my I hate Best Buy post. michellen.vox.com/library/post/my-best-buy-boycott.htmlBut the upside is that I got a free computer out of the deal. And it really is just me saying I don't like the people at the Best Buy in Ann Arbor. My brother works at a Best Buy and I like him.

I need a part-time job for the upcoming school year, as I told myself that I will never again work in dining services at school. I really need a job that is not too stressful, allows me to maybe get some schoolwork done at work, requires no uniform, and looks good on my resume. Therefore, I think I need an office-type job, such as in the Career Services office, the library, or the front desk of my dorm.

I loved working at the law library. Ben used to work at the Ann Arbor Public Library and liked it. If you want to use his name, let me know. Not sure if you want to stay in Ypsi...

I just got a job with the Obama campaign here in Florida! I will be a field organizer which basically means that I organize the volunteers (I think). I'm super excited about it. It starts two days after the bar exam so I get no break. And it is going to be ridiculous hours for relatively little pay and I will have to find another job in 3 months...but I get to possibly change the election. I'm super excited.

I am thinking that the library would be the best place for me. I want to try to get in at Eastern's library first, since it would be closer, but if that doesn't work out, then I might try to go off-campus (I will let you know if I do, thanks! )
