guide to putting pics in postsOk I had a question about this so I thought I'd share with everyone how to do it: You need to go to www.photobucket.com and start an account there, if you haven't used it before it's basically an image hosting site. You load pictures up onto it from your computer. The easiest way to do this is after you've loaded up an image, cut and paste the third box of script into the new post you're making. (the one with [/IMG] in it is the script u need to cut and paste) Alternatively you can enter the link to the picture and put the img code around it by pressing the little photo button next to the email button in the second row of tools in the new post page at rorys book club. NOTE: Make sure there are no spaces in between the img html and the html you cut and pasted from photobucket or it won't work. EG: (recent photo of my friend jess and I, sipping champagne with special lotus leaf flowers covered in syrup that open up from the bubbles inside the glass, I'm on the left, the one badly in need of a haircut and wearing the most annoying fake eyelashes ever, lol I will never experiment with fake eyelashes again after that night)

EG: HINT: If you're loading large photos try to scale them down in some kind of photo editing program before loading them up so they fit better on the forum's page.

lol I'm not very good at it a lot of the time, on the non-scaled down copy of this pic you can see my eyelashes aren't glued on properly lol. We're also both very sweaty in this pic because it was a 45 degree night at someone's house without air conditioning

Wow, you´re very brave for wearing fake eyelashes I tried them once and the glue was everywhere but where it was supposed to be. Cool, you look so sunny!

I don't think I could wear fake eyelashes because they would look too fake on me - unless they start making red eyelashes

yeah I did get glue absolutely everywhere and they made my eyes water like hell! I'm never using them again they were so annoying. You can't see it but in the photo the eyelashes have silver eyelashes all through them.

I have naturally long lashes so when I use fake ones or mascara all anyone can see is eyelashes, it´s scary. At least you tried them so you can check that off your list of things to do

I guess I could, I already use brown eyeliner. But I don't think my lenses could sustain another foreign matter!!

I think there´s this special mascara that you can use with lenses. I´ve been thinking of getting lenses but I doubt my eyes would like them. They get dry and easily irritated from so much reading so I guess they´d turn zombie red. This is turning into a make-up thread
