England. Sometime soon I hope! It's been a while since I've gone anywhere exciting. I went to China almost 3 years ago and it was a LOT of fun. That has been by far my biggest trip yet.

England will be exciting! I'd love to see all the old historical buildings and stuff, and stonehenge.
I've decided to only spend the money I get from the steakhouse and put all my newspaper money to my trip to Japan, which means in two weeks I'll have around 700 dollars (fortnightly pay) to put towards it! Considering I don't have to pay airfare and only pay accomodation when I'm outside of Tokyo I think that's a pretty good start! especially since it's not for months yet.

I just found out yesterday that I won a contest I entered! I won a two night stay at a very cute Inn in Lake Placid, NY. Not very far away (5 hours) but I'm still very excited. I want to see as much of New York and the east coast as possible, and Lake Placid is very historic and cool! The Inn is absolutely gorgeous: www.mirrorlakeinn.com/We're going to go the weekend of Ryan's birthday, Feb. 23-25.

You all are planning very interesting travels! I'd love to see England, Japan, Australia, north Europe and north America...I think travelling is amazing! I'm planning to go and visit Portugal (one of my cousins moved there) before the end of this year, if I can find time and money enough!

Portugal, that would be fun! I'd like to go places like that where the culture is so different to my own.

Meeting different cultures is very interesting! I spent 5 days in Lisboa, 2 years ago. I didn't have time enough to visit everything but I think it's an amazing place! That's way I'm planning to travel there!

one of my uni friends is in egypt, it sounds pretty scary. She said they have no road rules and sleasy Egyptian men keep coming up to her and saying they'll kill their wives for her and does she want an egyptian husband? Nevertheless it sounds like she's laughing it off and having a good time which is the important thing.
