Hey! I'm not really new here. Anyway I would like to introduce myself. So, I'm 20 years old and live in a very small town in Germany. I'm like everyone else here a passionate reader (Never go anywhere without a book or two!) and I like alternative music. Like Tinkerbell I hope my English is not too bad (I had some problems lately, thanks for always trying to help me!). I made my Abitur this year and currently work in a bookstore. Afterwards I would like to go to university and become a journalist. I'll see. I'm very happy to take part in this book club, everyone is so nice and it's fun to meet people who are just as book-crazy as me!

Welcome new and not so new members I think we´re all a bit insecure with our English but everyone is amazingly tolerant of mistakes. Gah, I hate prepositions!

Hey everybody. I'm Nathalie, 21, also from Germany. I started studying biology 4 months ago, so I have only little time left for reading anything but biology textbooks, but i try to make time to read other stuff even though I should be studying... To avoid answering all the little "your favorite/least favorite/to be read books" posts that are spread all over the board, i'll just write everything in my introduction thingy here. My favorite book (besides biology textbooks of course) is "the gospel according to biff" by christopher moore. i loved that book (his other ones are alright, too). I'm also a big fan of Roald Dahl (both children's lit and short stories) and Bill Bryson for non-fiction. my least favorite books are "lord of the flies", "the losers club" and "extremely loud and incredibly close" these books bored me. I just bought Ray Bradburys Farenheit 451, and i'm really looking forward to start discussing it soon

Hi I'm Grace. I'm 17. I've become a GG fan over the past few years. Now I'm very very close to owning all 6 seasons. Quite fun. And I loved getting the Rory Book Club emails so I moved here...it looksl like fun!
