I went a little crazy when I went downtown yesterday and purchased The Second Sex (second hand), Emma, The Adventures and Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes.

I bought The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid.
I have also recently bought a copy of Running With Scissors in hardcover - Augusten Burroughs has an author event in September and I'm going to get this copy signed for my cousin and his wife - it's one of their very favorite books.

I really enjoyed it. I believe bookaddict did as well. It's a nice easy read.
