I asked this question on the "Book's we're currently reading" thread yesterday, but now that I'm almost finished with book one in the series ( Soulless) I think it deserves it's own thread. Has anyone read this series? It's brilliant - so entertaining and well-written, and the main character is so strong and makes no excuses for herself. But I'd be real interested to hear what any of you guys thought. And if you haven't checked it out, I recommend it! io9.com said the series recalled Austen and Wodehouse, and I see that. Glory to the brilliant Gail Carriger

I haven't read anything from this series, but when I looked it up on Amazon, I realized I'd already added the first one to my wishlist some time ago because it sounded interesting.

I loved Soulless, haven't gotten around to reading anything else from the series but I'm sure I will at some point.

I remember I read Kristie's reviews and I'm curious to read those books. They sound like a fun read.
