I'm reading The Dirt by Motley Crue - and it is very entertaining. You know that GG episode when Lorelai's reading it and she says to Rory that you come to the point where Ozzy Osborne snorts a row of ants, and you think: it can't get any grosser, but then it does? (totally paraphrased by me, btw) Well, I reached that page the other day and I am so there with Lorelai! But funny read though

I started reading War and Peace yesterday. I liked War and Peace very much! It's a long book but it's so good, I hope you like it. I'm still reading Bleak House by Charles Dickens, I'll probably start another book (Bleak House is too big to be carried around in my bag), but I haven't decided which one yet.

The Fortunes of Richard Mahony by Henry Handel Richardson. It's a 900-page epic and I'm two-thirds into it. Loving it so far. I've been googling for discussions on this book but I haven't had much luck. Has anyone read this?

I started Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother by Amy Chua today. It's a very interesting read, and I'm curious to see how it further develops.
