I have just begun Chronicle of a Foretold Death by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I am quite excited about it since it reminds me of my childhood (me being 10 and discovering the pleasure of reading and discussing with my Mum about this book mentioned in a literary magazine for children). Plus, it is a author referred in Gilmore Girls since Jess is reading One Hundred Year of Solitude by the same author when he is leaving Stars Hollow and Rory without saying goodbye at the end of the third season. gabriel garcia marquez is great! if you like short stories, i recommend you "strange pilgrims: 12 short stories"

Today, I started The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde. I absolutely adore this one, have fun It really sounded fun and amazing when I read the back cover. Therefore, I could help buying it (even if I must stop buy books because I have too many waiting on my shelves to be read...) So far, I am really enjoying it

I started reading Margaret Atwood's "The Penelopliad" last night and I'm already halfway though the book. It's her take on Odysseus's wife's story. It's super well written and quite funny! I doubt I'll be able to make it last...!

^ I was right about that one! So I moved on to my next book: Clive Barker's "Mister B. Gone".

Clive Barker's book just wasn't doint it for me so I gave it up and moved on to Julian Barnes's The Sense of an Ending. I only read a few pages last night but I think I'm going to like it
